FIANZ HALAL Engages with Ethnic Business Leaders at Ethnic Xchange 2025

FIANZ HALAL recently participated in the Ethnic Xchange 2025 symposium, New Zealand’s premier business event for ethnic entrepreneurs, innovators and business professionals. Held on 14 November 2025 at the Cordis in Auckland, the event brought together leaders from diverse cultural and commercial backgrounds to explore strategies for business growth, innovation and economic contribution.

Organised by the Ministry for Ethnic Communities, Ethnic Xchange 2025 focused on “Going for Growth – Expanding Ethnic Enterprises”, highlighting the role ethnic businesses play in boosting trade, embracing innovation, leveraging technology such as artificial intelligence, and strengthening New Zealand’s global competitiveness.

Representatives from FIANZ HALAL participated in discussions, networked with fellow business leaders, and connected with ethnic entrepreneurs to promote the importance of credible Halal certification as part of sustainable business development. The symposium offered valuable insights into emerging trends in trade, investment and innovation, and underscored the economic contribution of New Zealand’s diverse communities.

FIANZ HALAL’s involvement in Ethnic Xchange 2025 reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting business excellence, fostering inclusive partnerships, and championing the economic potential of Halal-certified enterprises across Aotearoa.
